Pretty much the first potatoes I’ve ever boiled

They made a really nice potato and egg salad with some locally grown shallots. Very nice staple food for the week. I do not know much about potatoes, but these were nice. Two potatoes boiled for half an hour, two eggs boiled for 8 & 1/2 to 9 minutes, a bit of shallots chopped and stir. Really basic yummy salad these potatoes I found were much nicer than egg and potato salads you can buy at the supermarket. More creamy or buttery. Try them and understand what I mean ha.
