Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons butter
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they are translucent. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for another minute.
Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they're browned on all sides.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, garam masala, cumin, and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
